The Challenge
Supply Chain Tribe, a leader in the supply chain magazine space, approached us with a mandate to overhaul their online presence. Their mission is To connect India’s professionals to share, learn, connect, exchange ideas, discover and network amongst their chosen domain, in this case, supply chain and logistics. They had outgrown their startup brand and needed a more sophisticated online presence that enabled their readers to access industry knowledge and thought leadership beyond just their monthly magazine.
Our Approach
The previous website was primarily a place for users to access the published online magazine and read blogs published by guest writers. This left users confused about the website’s utility as a content hub.
Our approach involved consolidating the magazine’s architecture so as to increase the ease of navigation and showcasing Supply Chain Tribe as a premiere platform for domain knowledge. We also created a flexible design that allowed Supply Chain Tribe to house and showcase pieces of content written by both the Editor as well as guest writers both online and in the magazine.
The team at Bokaap Design was great with communication, creativity, speed, and accepting and interpreting critical feedback. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for UX and UI design.
