Current Opportunities

Creative Designer

A creative designer at Bokaap must be versatile and have the ability to combine business goals, the brand personality of a client and knowledge of the target audience well together to create contemporary designs.

Key Responsibilities

The creative designer should have the ability to work on projects ranging from Branding (Logo design, packaging and other branding collaterals) to Marketing Collateral Designs to Digital Design. He/she could work independently or under the guidance of a Senior Creative Designer on strategy and concept.

He/she should also have the experience of working in teams and managing projects from start to end as per the deadline. It is critical to have good command over software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign. Knowledge of printing techniques is a plus. Should be up to date with the latest design processes and global design trends & conversations.


  • 1-2 years experience working in a design studio
  • Proficient in communication: verbal and written
  • Must be a detail orientated team player with a determination to learn new skills

Jr. UX and UI Designer

At Bokaap Design, a UX/UI designer should have the ability to marry design, user goals and business goals well together to create a unique user experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Research, think, argue, analyze, strategize, create and iterate
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate user experience as per Bokaap Design's standards and client needs
  • Be open-minded for suggestions and criticism
  • Drive the design with an eye for detail, focus on design principles, layout, alignment and usability
  • Be responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
  • Ability to deep-dive into the client's business, different industries and users
  • Create mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and visual design ideas
  • Updated with the latest global UI trends and technologies
  • Regular interactions with the developers for end deliverables

Must Haves

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Figma and InVision
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Animations in order to guide the dev team on the desired output
  • Good command over English
  • Proficient in communication: verbal and written
  • Capability to perform tasks independently as well as motivating team members in their respective work areas
  • Creative, trustworthy, patient and dependable
  • Versatility to work on projects of different natures
  • Sense of humour, team spirit and a sense of ownership towards the work that you do
